Serials and personal info encrypted

Serial numbers, storage locations, and the name, address and ID data used for paperwork auto-fill are encrypted, never stored in plain text.

Hosted on AWS with Cognito authentication — the same foundation banks and enterprises rely on.

What is GunCollector?

Is GunCollector free to use?

Yes. The free plan covers up to five firearms with every feature, and no credit card is required to create an account. The Collector plan removes the limit for $6.99 a month or $59.99 a year, and the first 250 Founding Members can get Collector for life for a one-time $149. See pricing.

Does GunCollector store NFA paperwork like SBR and suppressor forms?

Yes. Upload a PDF of your ATF eForm and GunCollector adds it to your collection automatically, so your NFA and compliance paperwork is on your phone instead of carried as paper copies.

What is a DOPE card, and can GunCollector generate one?

A DOPE (Data On Previous Engagement) card records the ballistic settings — elevation, windage, distance — for a specific firearm and ammo combination. GunCollector's built-in ballistics calculator stores and regenerates DOPE cards using any ammo already in your inventory.

Is my data private and secure in GunCollector?

Yes. Personal information used for paperwork auto-fill is encrypted at rest, the app runs on AWS with Cognito authentication, and you can export or delete your data at any time.

Is there a GunCollector app for iPhone and Android?

Yes. The Android app is on Google Play now, and the iPhone app is coming soon to the App Store. They use the same account as the web app, keep an encrypted copy of your collection on the phone so it works with no signal, and sync changes automatically when you're back online.
